This course aims to prepare educators with knowledge and skills needed to study problems they encounter and to find effective solutions using a systematic approach. Integrating action research in the structure of teaching and learning will support leaders, teachers and staff to evaluate their decisions and take actions that are based on scientific evidence. In other words, participants will learn the process of testing new ideas, methods, and materials and examine and reflect on their practices to find solutions and improve the quality of teaching and learning inside the school.

- Develop strategies to conduct action research in your own setting
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
