Developing an Effective Feedback System to Sustain and Enhance Learning
Description
This course aims at supporting teachers to give constructive feedback through a cycle that starts with conferring to engage students in a conversation where they can take the lead by identifying their learning goals. This model fosters students’ learning by personalizing feedback to meet individual students’ needs and also extend their knowledge and skills. Participants will be introduced to the diverse strategies, tools, and resources for intervention in their everyday feedback practices. Furthermore, participants will learn the why and how in using feedforward to elevate students’ performance.

- Evaluating learners’ knowledge and skills to identify learners’ gaps
- Implementing intervention and consolidating the learning
- Involving the learner by setting next steps to meet learning target/ feedforward
